Italian. Mexican food is a pain in the ass both in terms of being difficult to get from plate to mouth without incident and in terms of literally being a pain in the ass.

Italian hands down every single time.

Mexican is basically the same ingredients but let's just fold the tortilla in a different way and call it something else like come on son! Who are you fooling?

Totally overrated.

Italian food

Vs.

Mexican food

Go!
Mexican Food. I'm not much of a pasta fan. Its basically just filler and sauce smothered in cheese. Mexican food is alot more versatile then people give it credit for. I'm assuming its because I live in So-Cal where we can get mexican food from just about every section of Mexico which makes it vary in taste.

The Mexican food in San Diego disagreed with me though.

Fixed.

I got so sick of Mexican food when I lived in San Diego.

TexMex on the other hand is slightly better but not enough to trump Italian food for me.

I never saw the big deal with Tex-Mex, just seems like Northern Mex food mixed with green chiles in all honesty. Some of the sauces can vary in taste but overall I don't really see the difference.
