When I lived there I was impressed by the bus system, they weren't always behind schedule like up in Auckland (because of traffic).

What, no pictures?
My first career choice, at age eight, was to be a bus driver, and although I never followed through on that, I´ve been a regular passenger on these:-

Then on these:-

And more recently on these:-

It sounds a little expensive to use. Over here many politicians are wanting people to stop driving so much and catch public transport to work/study.
If you use it more than twice weekly, it's in your best interest to get a fare card or at least tickets or tokens. Way, way cheaper that way.

There's really not all that much to complain about, though. The maintenance is quite regular and they are replacing the old trains with newer, streamlined ones. And they're thinking about adding more to the underground system.

Well that's good then! I have a fare card and get cheaper fares because I'm a student. I think the trains in Auckland may be underground to reach other parts of the city but it will be a long time for it to be made.

Are the tokens in Toronto still those teeny-tiny little things?
