Kate & Gerry McCann. Most of the celebs I've posted is just a bit of bants tbh as they're just a bit annoying & harmless, these pair actually make my blood boil & it's time they owned up. There's a reconstruction of the 'abduction' on Crimewatch tonight, I just saw the advert for it, Kate: 'We're not the ones who've done anything wrong' :mad:.

If you ignore the shunning of the Smith witness account while pushing the Tanner witness account (very strange)
If you ignore the deleted texts/calls from their phones.
And you ignore the rumours of their antics.

It was a case 6 years ago involving a 3 year old girl, the accepted explanation that the British media have gone with, is that Kate & Gerry went to get pissed at a Tapas restaurant while leaving three kids (oldest was Maddie aged 3) alone for the night in the apartment (checking on them every half an hour), where she was 'abducted'. Been in the news pretty much constantly since then, appeals, efits etc, despite there being not a scrap of evidence pointing to an abduction, no forced entry, hair fibres, prints... nothing.

People tend to have their minds made up about it, did the parents do it or not. Personally I think Maddie died in the apartment and the parents panicked and it's snowballed into this.

BBC News confirmed these were based on the witness reports from an Irish family. Having read up on the case, I know they mean the Smith family, this is them: The Smiths' Sighting

They are convinced the man they saw was Gerry, it seems strange police would release these new efits now, knowing they are actually based on accounts from witnesses who believe this man to be Gerry McCann.
