Not entirely sure. I've had a lot of the vegetarian alternatives because they're lower in fat than most meats so when my mum would cook, she'd make things like bolognese with Quorn meat instead of mince. It's too run-of-the-mill to remember specifically if I've consumed tofu or not, I may have done. It's not something that jumps out at me from my past memories.

I've never received a first place/winners medal for anything in my life.
