You could try making a counterpoint to the devil's advocate argument I did present. I don't think anyone here is making light of the seriousness of the topic and there is definitely room for discussion of circumstances.

Go through the past 3 or 4 pages and substitute the word "sleep" with "passed out".
Ki, I love ya man, but your logic on this topic is ****ed. When I first met Linny she was 100 pounds. I was 165. I was quite a bit taller and way more stronger. I also had a temper and if messed with by a dude, didn't hesitate to throw fists. She was well aware of this. (for the sake of discussion, let's assume the following is well before we are married, had kids, and took place over a very short period of time - like a month) So let's say we end up in a relationship that went very bad real quickly. I threaten her not to leave me and I intimidate her into having sex with me over and over again - where she couldn't say no out of fear of physical abuse. She never enjoyed it and was scared ****less of me. She finally escapes back to her family who convinces her to press charges against me for raping her multiple times. She never said no. Is it rape?

You didn't answer my question. Yes or no?
Same goes with sleep vs. passed out. Is it rape? Yes or no?
