I don't understand why he thinks it's not rape just because the attacker stopped mid rape and didn't orgasm. What!? :bonkhead:

That's the dumbest thing I have ever read...wow.

Also I thought this was a ridiculously soft ball question with an obvious answer, but there's some legitimate debate. Fascinating. (I obviously picked that it's not the victim's fault)

why the hell would you blame the victims in rape? the blame is always on the person committing the rape. it's just bloody stupid how in some countries, you cannot be arrested for committing rape unless you admit or have witnesses, because of their bloody religion and stupid beliefs.

This is the mentality that gets innocent people imprisoned.. Regret =/= lack of consent. You can't just withdraw consent after the act is over.

If you don't say "no" to it, and let it happen, especially if you have the power to say no and get away, you aren't allowed to play the victim card. That goes for both genders.
