It's a Japanese porn sub-genre known as Chikan (no, not *chicken* yew sick f*cks), which translates to "groping". Anonymous (frequently faceless, pixelated) men molest schoolgirls on crowded buses and trains. Of course it's all set up, I mean after all there *is* a camera there, but it's a very real problem IRL Japan.
