Oh I'm sorry! The answer to my question is Samuel de Champlain.

Time for another question then. Try this one:

GEEK ALERT!

What's the designation of the USS Enterprise (either one?) in "Star Trek" (any series). Hah! Gotchas there, didn't I? ;)

Isn't it NC-117?

Nope! Close but no cigar...

You are. Welcome, brother! Come join the cosmic ballet!
Seriously though, if you were a REAL nerd you would've said this:
NCC-1701 for "classic Trek"
NCC-1701A for first movie
NCC-1701D for Next Gen
NCC-1701E for Generations

and you'd also have mentioned that NCC stands for Naval Construction Class.
BOOM! You've just been nerdslapped! :bringit:

So, your turn then...

duga 02-13-2013 01:24 PM

I thought about that but I felt that would kick the nerdiness up a bit too much.

So I won't go the science route this time.

What is Kramer's first name?

Kramer vs Kramer or Seinfeld?

Cosmo or Ted.

If I could award bonus points, I would. But...of course...I meant Seinfeld's Kramer. You're up.

I thought it meant Nipple Construction Class because the design of the original ship was inspired by one so all the nerds would continue to tune in and guarantee the show would not be dropped after the first season.
