MADE not sold. Buckfast is a common 'wine' drank here but is made my monks only in Buckfast Abbey, Devon. Probably about 90%+ is sold in Scotland.

inspired by Erica's post in this thread, I thought I'd share my own breakfast. Today I'm having mackerel in tomato sauce on rye flatbread (that's what we call it; bit like a large cracker) with mayonaise on top. As far as Norwegian breakfasts go, this one is fairly typical. We eat a lot of fish things on bread or flatbread.

There's a picture, but it's huge and resizing on this android device is a chore so I'll link it for you :

I know it looks a bit like an aborted fetus, but the taste is much better.

I eat mackerel in a tomato sauce too but I put it on toast. Delicious and healthy.
