He's saying that he's never actually eaten a pigeon, but he wants to find a way to kill the one that frequents his birdbath without using a gun and then eat it. So he was asking if anyone's ever tried one and what was it like.

(2 servings) Cook up a couple sausage patties, put english muffins in toaster, fry two eggs sunny side up w/cheese over the top, english muffins pop up, lightly butter muffins, place sausage patty on bottom half of muffin, then egg/cheese over suasage, cover with remaining muffin half, eat.

Waaaay better than Macdonolds.

Wood pigeon is actually a delicacy, meant to be delicious. You can only use the breast apparently and it dries out very quickly if you cook it too long but cooked properly it is excellent.

They are not the same as feral pigeons you see in the street. And BD is correct, I have never eaten them but have heard they are great.

Oh, okay. Well, you could try hunting them down with a crossbow if a gun isnt allowed to be used over there. It makes much less noise too, so nobody would realize you used it even if it is not allowed to be used. Just make sure nobody's around.
