It's better than Cheerios, but plain ass cereal gets my goat. If it doesn't have some flavor meant to appeal to children then I'm out. Cocoa/Fruity Pebbles, Reese's Puffs, Cocoa Crispies/etc.

I eat a bowl of oatmeal and milk with pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, raisins and some sliced banana on top, along with a hard-boiled egg and a cup of coffee. Did you know that eggs contain every vitamin except for vitamin C? Well, they do.

Any breakfast that does not involve a some combination of children's cereal, pancakes, waffles, or some form of pork product, is not worth your time.

If working then I always have porridge. If it's a particularly cold morning then I mix in a little rum. Helps keep you warm when working outside.
If I'm not working then it varies; corn or bran flakes, muesli, porridge, toast, yoghurt and fresh fruit. Depends what I fancy. |

Grapenuts is for when I'm at work, on weekends I go all out. I'll usually cook up some type of egg scramble (lately it's been a Havarti, Spinach, and Tomato mix), along with toast, corned beef hash (or sausage), fruit, coffee, juice, and milk. If I go out to my favorite breakfast joint, I get the house skillet, which is two eggs over easy on top of a bed of steak, peppers, mushrooms, hash browns and cheese.
Great. Now I'm hungry.
