inspired by Erica's post in this thread, I thought I'd share my own breakfast. Today I'm having mackerel in tomato sauce on rye flatbread (that's what we call it; bit like a large cracker) with mayonaise on top. As far as Norwegian breakfasts go, this one is fairly typical. We eat a lot of fish things on bread or flatbread.

I know it looks a bit like an aborted fetus, but the taste is much better.
