What are you listening to right now --- that ISN'T music?
Yeah, I know we all listen to a lot of music, but apart from that, what can you hear right now? Children playing? Dogs barking? Airplanes landing? The sound of your wife sleeping? The couple in the next apartment having a fight? Or maybe you too can hear that little green guy who's only six inches high and invisible but keeps whispering in your ear to kill all --- never mind.
Personally, I hear the wind sighing through the trees in my back garden and an aircraft fading away into the distance.

Hmmm.....
For the therapeutic value of simply writing, I'll stick my oar in here: It's very quiet at the moment, but I can hear to my considerable discomfort the sound of a mouse scratching it's way through the floorboards above me, which to my annoyance I can do nothing about. It's one of the disadvantages of living in such a miserable old place like mine I suppose. |

Right now I'm listening to some noise music, it's pretty goo--oh, wait, that's just a neighbour's lawnmower outside.
