Default Single-Disk White Album

Okay, so here's the situation:

You are George Martin. Capitol records tells you that they will, under no circumstances, release a double-album record by The Beatles due to reasons that they choose to not disclose. They tell you that the track count cannot exceed 16 songs but must contain more than 14 (this fills the Beatles' normal song-count per album requisite). They also tell you that in the end, it is your decision to choose which songs make the cut. So, the big question:

1) What songs to do you pick?
and
2) What order to you put them in (keep in mind musical flow, juxtaposition, side openers, etc.)

Is equal to the love you make
