So yeah.
Yea, there could be some MBR stuff happening there. I never feel safe about using (regularly) two operating systems on the same drive, so I wouldn't know.

fixmbr... aaargh.
I usually have those problems on my testing PC's.
In a 'real life' situation, I would prefer to use two drives.
I have windows 7 and WinXP on one PC now as I mentioned. They are both on one drive.
I will have to install that PC some time and I will have to repartition the entire hard drive as I have four partitions now (XP os, 7 os, data and audio/video). Well, three partitions actually. A/V is an entire 1TB drive .

I'll have to buy an external drive first to store that information. I used to have a 500GB drive but I gave that to my ex with all my music on it. I have another 500GB drive that now holds my back up. It's getting a bit small so I'll have to buy a 1TB drive anytine soon anyhow. I'll use that for the backup of the AVPC first... Man, it's getting complicated. It's 4:44am here now. Goodnight!

Not anymore....FireFox 4 fixed the speed issue and it's just as fast as chrome.

Which browser is working on voice activated stuff?

I remember vaguely reading that somewhere. I believe it's the new chrome that is in beta atm.

Oh I'm sure there's a FF plugin for that somewhere.
I'm using FF4 now and it is indeed a bit faster than 3.6.
But I haven't compared it to any other browsers yet.

i think what needs to be addressed in this forum is the question of why Apple gets to be one contributor and the rest of the computer manufacturers are the other contributor.

it's called brand loyalty, and is likely the result of some very successful brainwashing.

Apple is a bullsh*t conglomerate who won't back you up.

the options designated in this poll/the dualistic mindset of computer users/buyers.

Same goes for Bose as I mentioned. And B&O has a bit of that too.
Back in the 80's you'd pay the same for a complete beosystem as you would for a car. I repaired (or at least tried to repair) these things and they really are just Philips devices with some souped up looks. Literally, just Philips turntables, cassette drives, CD drives with a nice look to them.

Brainwashing and genius marketing.

Oh and society's wanting to "fit" in thing comes into play. If I see someone that has an iPod, I want one too because I want to fit in.

just an example.

I'm pretty sure Apple isn't brainwashing anyone.
