There's a divide in opinion on this subject, so until a rule is clearly broken, he's allowed to post as a member of this forum.

A divide? Given his posts and how many of them there are, I should think he is one of the most obvious trolls I've ever seen. I guess some people just can't decide if he's a troll or just actually that stupid. That many offensive statements is not a coincidence. He's a troll.

The matter is being looked into, but until a unified consensus is made, no action will be taken. This might shock you, but we've actually taken recent matters to heart, and while we're still working out kinks, offenses like spamming and trolling are not going to be cut and dry.

In the meantime, if you're bothered by any particular user, put them on ignore. That's what the function is for.
