nope, i'll just give away who he's supposed to be Garth Brooks... it's not a very good costume. and the t-shirt has nothing to do with the costume

How the hell is that supposed to be Garth Brooks? Why would someone go out of their way to put on a long haired wig for a costume that's supposed to be a person who has short hair?

i don't know it was probably a joke, but the caption for the picture said that's who he was supposed to be, and there was no other picture on the page so...

also location this guy is from a place that is generally cold (still in USA and not from alaska)
