I don't think it'd be a story breaker if somehow there are different types of zombies. Just remember to include the info in the scenario so people know.
I didn't want to make it obvious that these particular zombies were smarter than the average ones, but I did indicate by their ability to track the player that they were at least somewhat intelligent.

Sweet. I'll edit it into the initial post, along with some clarifications. If anyone else has anything to add, just post your additions if everyone agrees on them.

ThePhantastasio is going to come online in a few hours, post her scenario, have it answered, tell the person that they won, then you'll all go to sleep and i'll wake up once agin with no scenario. This thread is rascist :P

^ That is why I STRESS the fact that better solutions trump first survivors. Scenario creators should wait for all potential players to attempt survival before ruling a winner.. because surviving by the skin of your teeth first isn't as good as surviving efficiently and making better use of the tools you're given.
If anyone has qualms about the first survivor's method, and even the scenario creator's approval, they should definitely include their survival method as it can override the first survivor's.

I'll add a clarified version of this to the rules.
The idea is that regardless of whether you're quick or not, smarts win. If you can manage to be both quick and smart, then you're golden. But there are both options.

Oh, balls. I'm so sorry you guys. I didn't realize that I was first because I completely overlooked this page of the thread after posting.

Scenario 5: Gas Station Crisis

You are in the car with the man and woman following the beach house ordeal, and realize you're running low on fuel. You pull into what appears to be an abandoned gas station, and the man takes one of the pistols and fuels the car up, leaving you and the woman (each with one of the two remaining pistols) to go inside and search for rations.

Under the counter, you find a sawed off shotgun with a single shot.

You hear a shout from outside and rush to the door to investigate, when you notice at least a group of a dozen zombies coming towards you from the North, a shambling group of four from the West, and another dozen from the East. The gas station is behind you to the South, and you can see through the store window that no zombies are coming from that direction, but it is also the opposite direction from the car.

You have to think fast.

At your disposal you have:

- The utensils you initially brought with you from home.
- Two 9mm pistols with 10 shots each (one for each you and the woman)
- The shotgun you discovered under the counter.

The zombies are extremely close, and the man has run towards the store, slamming the car door in the process. the first group of a dozen just reaching the edge of a parking lot. The other two groups will be in the lot in no time. With him, he brings the other 9mm.

The woman suggests that you run out the back of the store with your weapons and try to find a safer location. The man suggests that you stay to fight the zombies (you have a collective 31 shots and 28 zombies headed your way).

What do you do?
