I love Seinfeld and don't find Curb to be that funny. Don't hate it though. I used to hate Seinfeld, but as I got older it just became hilarious.

I didn't mean femininity as "the condition of being a woman" but as "qualities that are considered to be typical of women, for example the quality of being gentle and delicate" (Macmillan Dictionary). It's only about certain manners, elegance, aesthetics, etc, not morals. Moreover, I wanted to referr to it in a subjective way (simply like a matter of personal tastes, not as a social view). And as I said, everything depends on the woman and situation. Sorry if I wasn't clear about that.

To be perfectly honest, I don't think so. Or at least I have never found any woman to be very funny.

...But men are hailed for their feces jokes?

I can't say I've ever seen a female comedian make a tampon joke. I'm pretty sure you're just extrapolating nonsense based on A) your idea of what a woman would joke about or B) an incredibly small sample size.
