everyone should be a feminist. what is this madness. being a feminist is nothing more than recognizing that women have the full capabilities that men have claimed (in all aspects of life) and should not be denied any of the opportunities that our male-dominated society has long withheld from them. if you are a fan of human rights it would be contradictory to not also consider yourself a feminist.

If you believe in human rights you don't have to use sub labels like "feminist".

Unfortunately, most people still think of "feminist" as meaning "hairy-legged uppity man-hating lesbian".

Which is undesirable, I guess.

Every political movement has radicals that are gonna bring down the real cause.

Radical feminists are pretty loathsome creatures and so not wanting to associate with the label "feminist" at all is something I can understand because of how the word has been bastardized. Like I said if you believe in human rights than you don't have to use sub labels.
