I think a combination of an absent father and the way I've been treated by my male peers throughout my lifetime has accumulated into a more negative opinion of males overall. In addition to the lack of interests I share with other males.
I wouldn't want to be put into the radical feminist category. I despise a lot of so called feminists who seem to express more shame in their gender than pride. And I'm certainly nowhere near as hardcore as Vegangelica.

You're still a virgin? That sucks, but still. I agree, actual relationships with people > sex.
Sex is good, obviously. But it's really overrated. The way some males are so driven by it infuriates me, that makes me think less of our gender.
That said, my father left when I was young, I don't blame the male race for him being a bit of a tosser.
