Being so confident in the person you want to spend the rest of your life with at such a young age would be great. I'd love to be a young married man and a father. First baby at the age of 24 would be teriffic. I'll probably die alone though knowing me.

Wow...no way for me. I wouldn't mind getting married around 28/29 but I sure as hell wouldn't have kids for a couple years after that. You have to enjoy some time with your spouse for a while before your stuck with a kid for the next 18-20 years.

Well, the time and circumstances would have to be right etc. But in an ideal world, 23 - married. 25 - first kid.

I like the idea of having a family and being a young dad, I guess I'm just weird. Maybe as I get older I might re evaluate and think y'know what, I'm happy in life right now. Why change it?

But at the moment, the idea of a marriage and kids in my early to mid 20s sounds pretty damn good.

Yeah not for me. I like my freedom way too much. I know some people who have gotten married at a young age, and they're very happy, but they have very different priorities. I can't even imagine myself being married for another ten years or so as there's still so much that I'd like to do on my own first. If someone comes along who's a perfect match for me and just so happens to have the exact same plans as me for every step of the way, then sure, why not. But for now I'm enjoying being completely selfish
