Thing is, hair over the ears is something some of us had when we were kids...so having it now we fear it would make us look too old or old-fashioned maybe, like we never grew up or like we're older than we want to look. Or that we're trying to be hip but we're actually too old for it. Something like that!
Hair over the ears (without it actually being long hair) has definitely made a comeback though and I like the way it looks...I just can't really go there for some reason.
