Yea I'd rather it as well, but being that I make music under that alias I'd rather google's search results not have loads of random Music Banter posts clogging up my searchability in the odd chance I ever become that significant.

I think Freebase Dali should change his name to Mainline Man Ray because it's just that much more hardcore on both fronts, and all usernames should hardcore. Just like mine.

fair enough, never really knew the reason for the change. i thought it was just for S and Gs.

truthfully for me personally freebase dali sounds cooler than veridical fiction for a musician's moniker

I wasn't really going for what sounded cool when I came up with VF for my music, but to be honest, it's a tiring name to hear in your own head after a while. I think I've become partial to one-syllable names for bands/artists now. Something simple. Fun. Like Cunt.

this is what my aunts and uncles used to call me when i was growing up for that very reason haha
