Worked out well.
I think I should be the resident MB computer/network technician.
I have 6 years experience in the field, and I'm going to school for it. I might start a thread.

Thats what I would like to do. I'm nowhere near smart nor qualified enough though at present.

The only experience I have in tech support was for strictly broadband related issues which a monkey could have done in our place. Most of the customers didn't really have problems to begin with, apart from being thick as fuck.
