Good band but not my favourite of the folk-punk genre.

i've never heard of them in fact i don't listen to shoegaze and neither does most of america shoegaze is a genre america actually left alone (for the most part)

Hardly one of the biggest.
The only reason they got any coverage was because they drank in the right pub in Camden, had a chick fronting them and deserted their sound to make a pop album.

*i had never heard them but just listened to three songs on youtube.....my first impressiion was "pavement" clone....but as the song went on they/he (?) showed a bit more uniqueness....will look for "Love It, Love It"
