I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

Ive got those two plus 'Blue Lines' which i dont actually think is that good. My favourite is 'Protection'. I recentley got 'Mezzanine' & listened to it a couple of times & its pretty good as well.

Elvis Costello is an artist who I am not big on at all, it is the voice that puts me off & I cant only stand so much then I have to put it off. I used to have the 'Best Of The First 10 Years' compilation which i got when i was trying to get into him for the first time. I only really liked the song 'Pump It Up', most of the other tracks were unbearable for me. The next (and final) step I took was to purchase the 1994 solo album 'Brutal Youth' which i had noticed in the '1001 albums you must hear before you die' book i have. Sadly, I was no more impressed with this. Have since bought 'Spike' & was distraught & sold it promptly. Won't be buying anymore from this guy.
Phew, now back to the OT.

I find Bullhead pretty hard to get into indeed, Nude with Boots I've only heard once but it was pretty accessible, and I haven't heard 26 Songs. I would recommend you check out Stoner Witch, (a) Senile Animal, Hundini, and Lysol if you're interested in more Melvins, as to me they are the most accessible and least drone albums. And therefore my favorites.
