I only have a Cohen album I got free in Mojo a wee while ago called 'Cohen Covered' & features covers from artists such as Nick Cave, Ian McCulloch, Martha Wainwright etc. So strictly speaking it isnt really a proper Cohen album.

I dont mind Phish, Trey Anastasio is a good guitarist. I suspect its the vocals thats put you off which i agree myself can be a bit dodgy at times but the music itself is very good. I can somehow ignore the dodgy vocals sometimes though & just enjoy the music.

Sorry nothing from Van Der Graff Generator, have heard of them though & yet to check them out.
