Nah, I was born in the south-west. I lived in Aberdeen in north-east Scotland for a year though. Beautiful place - all that stuff about the Scottish weather being wind and rain all year-round is a myth. It's actually warmer up there than England if anything.

I've decided I miss being mothered, as my mom used to do everything for me, cooking, cleaning, buying me treats, bringing me food in bed, making sure all electronic equipment was close to the bed. Warm summers and my old pet rat Grimer. He was my little partner .. I used to bring him along for everything.

Yup, I agree .. boy rats are the biggest, laziest and cuddliest.

We have a rat now too, Sam, but he's a bit more spoiled and moody compared to old Grimer. Also I'm quite a bit older and don't live in the same place anymore. I don't really take him with me everywhere I go, so it's not completely the same .. I still miss that scruffy old hairball.
