This is easy.
Someone posts a band/artist, and you list the best and worst quality of that particular band/artist.
Afterwards you post the new band and someone else does the same.

For example...

Queen
Best: Freddie Mercurys' voice.
Worst: As fun and unique as it is, the Opera-esque sound they use in their novelty songs can get damned repetitive and annoying.
Next band is Depeche Mode

Also if you don't know the particular band mentioned, look them up on youtube or last.fm, it's funner that way.
