Your name has been stolen from the mans name 'Stephen' which has it's roots in Greek Mythology. Apart from the fact that it is spelt wrong according to the jackhammer dictionary, it also is a name that is usually hidden from the world under a ridiculous username that makes no grammatical sense.
It does however imply a shy nature that will reveal itself and shed it's wings on an internet forum. Strange hats are also linked with the name.

Alfred is a magnificently bold name in the English language as he was recognised as the first True English king. Problem was, he was a terrible baker especially with cakes. He could'nt cook them for love nor money and received many beatings for this.
He did however rise out of his cocoon and display to the world his true power which was the burning of the Green Day people and heralding in a new and peaceful era. Affectionately known as the era of the 'Matisyahu'.

My name is Stephen and my username "makes no grammatical sense" so I thought you were referencing me. Lol. Not that I'd mind.
Yes Akira is one of the names I use when playing in online/Lan tournaments.

Toeandno is quite simply a childs name and is the easiest rhyming name to be appear catchy and hip. Unfortunately it fails. Toes are horrible things but the name has only appeared once. The Doomsday book does have an entry for the fella who had no shoes who was unfortunately named thus. The 'andno' comes from fellow human being responses to his views about popular guitar music that is now considered more out of date than the present authors tastes (ref. Lynyrd Skynrd). Combine the two names together and the name denotes high intelligence, sarcastic humour and a controlling streak.
