Yeah, as Jackhammer wrote, it only appears long enough to just notice .. but if you're not paying attention right then, you might miss it. Appearantly, the shot was taken during some makeup tests. They must've thought it was creepy enough to put a fraction of a second of it in the film.

there is nothing to get imo
It's one of those avatars that are just plain aweful for being too random.. or something like that..
Then again, those are sometimes the funniest aswell!

on this one I think it's because of this exaggerated joy in his face. like some of those family portraits that are just too perfect. like, of course there's a healthy glass of milk there, too
