I dont think thats very accurate unless if they mean by medium...skrawny. Im 165lbs and a bit over 5'11'' not very muscular or fat. But I do have a bit of a beer pouch developing over my beltline.

There used to be a rule for adding a pound a year, i think it was, after age 50, but that would appear to have changed.
Your 'frame' size can be checked by measuring your wrist: Body frame size? Small frame, medium frame, large frame?. |

Yeah but you are young. Plenty of time for those beers to add a few pounds Up until I was 20 I was running at about 124 for 5'6". Those beers have caught up with me, although I weight trained for a few years and have good tone still.
