When you're younger, you tend to grow Up,
then Out, then Up, then yeah, so being underweight isn't a real biggie when you're young, unless you're SERIOUSLY underweight. Also, for some reason, high weight is still associated with fat, but with so many more folks working out and bulking up, sometimes the norm is not YOUR norm. And, NO, JackH, you do NOT look fat, just BUFF!!! |

i recall reading that doctors and researchers were discovering that people that lived in a state of feeling a little hungry lived longer and were more mentally adroit
so don't think of yourselves as skinny scraggly folks think of yourselves as SURVIVORS ~ SMART SURVIVORS!!! |

We went back there and they had come and hacked off every inoculated arm. There they were in a pile. A pile of little arms. And I remember... I... I... I cried. I wept like some grandmother. I wanted to tear my teeth out. I didn't know what I wanted to do. And I want to remember it. I never want to forget it. I never want to forget. And then I realized... like I was shot... like I was shot with a diamond... a diamond bullet right through my forehead. And I thought: My God... the genius of that. |

We're not hunters and gathers, anymore, is part of it.
Also, the society we live in, where we have to protect our children from EVERYTHING: their friends families; medicines and vaccines that are Recommended, but not safe; additives in foods and drinks that are marketed toward children; on and on; blah, blah, blah ~ well, we're becoming Big Brother to our children, and if we don't want to do it (sports, being outside in the heat of summer, whatever), then our children aren't allowed to do it. You know ~ we wouldn't want to have to inconvenience ourselves for, what? Quality time? Getting to know our children? Crap. It's a sad state of affairs when we can't even let our children outside of the house to run, play and be free, without CONSTANT supervision, but, in this day and age of interpretation to the point of allowing absolutely ANYTHING to go on, because, Hey! a lawyer PROVED it was [legal/illegal ~ take your choice] in court, why should anyone need to feel responsible for anything? We're ENTITLED. Right? P.S. All of y'all 'Entitled' folks ~ feel free to fuck off and move to whatever country will have you. Amazingly enough, there IS no Free Ride. Gas, Cash or Ass, take your pick. |
