Munsters were actual monsters where the Adams family were pretty much just a bunch of goths that probably listened to the Cure and Bauhaus.

this reminds me of the line in "Stand By Me" when Corey Feldman's character says "Mighty Mouse was just a cartoon... Superman was a REAL GUY".

Addams Family! Loved it when I was younger. Kinda had a crush on Lurch...the strong silent type you know. ;)
