i think they meant 'record' to mean just any old indie musical recording. Mojo is such a rip-off these days. To their credit their articles are always immaculately researched...
It's weird how before Q and the like you didn't get all these retrospective musical monthlys... are there any GOOD new music publications?
the list has some great music in it but there's no method to this, it's just a list of names. I mean Huggy Bear aren't very good at all, Arctic Monkeys are in it (?) and Franz Ferdinand are higher than the three post-punk bands they are plagiarizing... you can get most of these from the CD86 compilation aswell - value!
