I used to have a 20 meg download speed. It lied. I only ever got 7mages so I downgraded to 4 meg.

That is a stunning upload speed. When I was on my 20mb connection my max upload was 768kbs. There has been some rumblings recently over here over shoddy upload speeds, but then piracy is bigger over hereso maybe it's a government conspiracy to stop us sharing our stuff....faster!
