And Im listening to the new and only full length cd by Miles Beyond, a local flint epic metal band, lkinda like blind guardian. GOOD FECKIN SHIT.

Again, alienating myself from popular media often leaves me out of the loop on what is hip and not, although I usually come out on the hip side (this is not my own designation, btw) but I love MCR... never had them ruined for me by teenage girls or radio or mtv. Never had a reason to dislike them.
