7/10 there are a few bands there that I'm not really into, but a few that I quite like Plus they all start with the letter 'A', haha, and I like that letter.
Here goes nothing... I copied this off my top artists on Last.fm and cut out all the small-time Aussie bands that nobody would know Tool A Perfect Circle Porcupine Tree Jeff Buckley Radiohead Muse Tori Amos The Mars Volta Pink Floyd Silverchair The Cure |

That's a 10/10 for me, all the bands I've heard out of that group, which is most, are great.
I'll take one each from the first 10 letters if the alphabet, I guess. Alice in Chains Buckethead Coheed and Cambria Deep Purple Eric Johnson Faith No More Gorillaz (Sorry, can't think of a good H band :\) Iron Maiden John 5 At least I listed two artists the people might not have heard of! V_V

Pink Floyd Sigur Ros Radiohead Explosions in the Sky Mogwai God is an Astronaut Brian Eno Harold Budd Miles Davis John Coltrane Bill Evans Joni Mitchell Nick Drake David Crosby Thomas Newman Led Zeppelin The Beatles Eric Clapton Stevie Ray Vaughan Jefferson Airplane Jimi Hendrix I guess that is rather long.... (and I still wanted to give honorable mentions to Philip Sayce, Jeff Healey, Robert Cray, Joe Bonamassa and Carlos Santana for being some of my favorite guitar players) I actually went to high school with them. |
