Its true. I don't know any Brummies who can hot-wire, re-spray and de-hubcap a car in one minute flat. Its a talent we're sorely missing.

I've stopped finding the Birmingham accent funny now, but I still find it funny when my local friends claim not to have accents. "Wut d'yow mayne? Oi downt avv ay brooomy acc-sent!" Comedy gold.
