In death, the mind, the spirit, and the body dies. Basically all the things that make you animated.
In reincarnation only your body dies. Your vessel (your body) has outgrown its usefulness and so it is replaced: reincarnation, not death

I've no idea. I didn't know they were taking applications. If I had to pick a person I thought would make a good mod, I'd probably say Fenixpunk. But he already had the job.
