I dont know what or who it is, I can't tell, but it creeps me out. I don't know why I still kind of like it.

I forget where I found this one, but I generally just do a Google search for abstract/experimental/avant-garde/surreal/whatever the hell else I'm in the mood for art. I'll usually look into the cool black and white artists because I like the noir look.
