now that's a bat.... no transparent background, and I usually like a transparent background, but you can't have it all....

Animated gifs are allowed btw. Exo has one, and Ki did until he changed it recently. You just have to put in a request if it's larger than the standard size requirement. Max size is ~175w X 250h.

I don't understand why people use themselves as their avatar. At least when Frown does it it's some funky artisticish shit.
