Smoking in Bars/Public Places? Yea or Nay?

Smoking just bothers me no matter where I am or what I'm doing there. It's gross and I don't know why anyone would want to torture their body like that anyways.

A lot of people go to bars to eat, and it's really hard to eat when there's smoke all around you.

Naw, but that's a good argument against it I guess. Maybe the law should be you can't go up to the barkeep with a dart lit.

The laws vary from state to state. In some states you can smoke in bars, in most you can't, and the exact details of the bans also vary from state to state.

And of course, depending on what bar you go into, they may not even pay attention to the ban. Whenever I go into a bar and see an ashtray on the counter, I shed a tear.
