Yes...I have a copy with the Sub-Mission sticker (back of album cover) on top the cellophane. Later copies had the sticker on the back cover (under plastic) and reprints included Sub-Mission printed on back cover.

The Time Has Come - The Chambers Brothers
Featuring the song, "Time Has Come Today".
I always thought that difference in verbiage between the song name and album title was odd.
