Searching for 2000s Trance/ Hands up song.
 

I'm searching for a song I've known for a couple of years now, but I haven't found it at all. No music recognition tools can discover what it's called, I also tried searching for the lyrics, but that also led me to nothing.

The song is from this video:youtube(dot)com/watch?v=dExagmag_Uc, ending at 4:40.

The second song in the video is a Scooter song which I already know.
I hope I'll be able to find some answers here.
