Red face NEED HELP, Tracking down an old music video

So here we go. Been holding off for a long time on this one but finally turning to a music forum for assistance. Hope you can all help as this one is sure to be a doozy. So I'm from Canada and we didn't really have the same access to awesome electronica tracks as most of the world. That is till a music channel by the name of BPM TV came along based out of Toronto in like 2000-2001.
Anywho, this station heavily influenced my taste in music today with its awesome tracks and videos. This channel is since gone and the archives of show listings and other things of that nature are gone. So I'm counting on a vague description to help find a track I've been searching for almost 20 years.
So here's what I have. This track came out between 2002-2004. The name and title elude me but always loved it. This song features a music video where it has the look of an instructional video on how to party. The best I can compare it to is the animation style for catch me if you can with the little stick figures in descriptive situations with text boxes around them. The song has a raw, buzzy sound that I would compare to the song "Licky" by princess superstar.
There happens to be a rokysopp music video called "remind me" from the same time that looks shockingly close to what I'm describing for reference in animation style but that's all I got.
I've searched every artist name I can remember for that area and exhausted many hours turning up dead ends. For anyone familiar with bpmtv, it appears on the hot 20 dance chart and even on back at ya, the request show which I even had wrote to and requested this exact song. I used to have it taped on VHS yet I still lost the name and track. Please y'all help a brother out. I'll be baffled if anyone can dig this gem up

The video for that Röyksopp song was done by the H5 animation studio. Maybe if you look through the list of videos on their Wikipedia page you can find what you're looking for. Post back here if you find it, I'd be curious to know what it was.

Thank you sir will do just that. Something else came to me just now. It had an ai generated voice narrate the song. Back then it would have been considered text to speech I guess but it had the male voice the default windows text to speech had.

I can distinctly remember the ai voice says now it's time to party, then this sick grinding beat rushes in. This will forever frustrate me if I can't find this.

So the H5 suggestion didn't get what I was looking for but you just helped me rediscover Alex gopher which is a win in my books.
