Trap Albums
Hey there!
I love Trap. No not the EDM kind of Trap but more like the underground kind of Trap aka "real Trap". My problem is that I am one of those kinds of persons who prefer to listen to whole albums and I haven't found any Trap album yet. Can you recommend me any good Trap albums? I mean it's a genre, there should be albums right? As to me it seems most of this music is published via Youtube and Soundcloud... BTW: I mean instrumental Trap not Rap music with trappy beats. I am fine with stuff that get's posted on Bass Nation for example. Yet I don't like that festival kind of Trap with a lot of singing and stuff. I like it to have a heavy hitting bass and I also like asian instruments and stuff. A lot of popular Trap fits me quite well whilst a lot of the more "popish" kind of Trap doesn't. This doesn't mean I am looking for the old kind of Trap with badly produced and mixed songs. I like a lot of nowadays Trap.

Real trap and it's origins comes from southern hip hop. EDM trap only started up like recently over the past few years. So when you say old kind of trap you are saying you don't like the EDM stuff from like four years ago while ignoring the roots of it which is the rap stuff you seem to not like.

I am just trying to explain what I like and what I don't. It's pretty clear that Trap has its origins in southern Hip-Hop. I knew that. I mean like recent and more creative heavy hitting instrumental bass Trap. That's what I am looking for. I haven't found any albums of it so far, yet there are so many artists out there.
