What genre of music is this and what songs do you know?
 

I was recently playing some Daft Punk and stumbled upon a song I have's listened to for a long time. Giorgio by Moroder. In the beggining when he is still talking there is a part with a chill rhythmic guitar. In what genre of music does that part falls?

It is the 37th second in the YouTube song.

To me it sounds like a mix of nu disco and electro.
