The Avalanches is performing again!
 

Good news! The Avalanches will perform after 15 years at Primavera Sound Festival and London Field Day! :dj: They updated social media account and own website! Hurrayyy!!!

Our local community radio station has been getting very enthusiastic over the fact that "The Avalanches are back!" Apparently they are one of those bands that every Australian is supposed to know and love, but I never heard of them until last year, and still don't really know what they sound like.

Yesterday they released new song "Colours" also 1 June was performed official video clip. See below.

Every track they've released so far are fantastic, especially the Toro Y Moi one that they took down. They need to put that shit back up ASAP

Community has mixed feelings about these 2 songs.

Third single "Subways" was posted on youtube. I really liked it.

Two months later group performed video on Subways single.

I'd previously only seen the video for Frank Sinatra, so thanks for sharing their other vids. I made sure to preorder both the reissue of their debut and their latest LP the moment they were announced. Really happy to have them on wax.
